There is recognition between the Commonwealth of Australia and the Northern Territory of the need for strong collaborative leadership in public health and better integration and coordination of national public health strategies and initiatives. Both Parties recognise the need for meaningful outcome and performance
reporting requirements. Both Parties acknowledge the importance of collecting and analysing performance and financial information on the public health strategies and initiatives covered by this Agreement to identify and report the benefits available through public health investment.
