The Northern Territory Renal Services Strategy 2017 – 2022 will build on the achievements of the Renal Services Framework 2012 – 2017. The
initiatives and actions that have been identified reflect priority areas needed to address current challenges, gaps and opportunities. Development
and strengthening of partnerships between consumers, health providers, government agencies, Aboriginal community controlled health
organisations (ACCHOs) and other non-government agencies are vital across the Northern Territory (NT) for the delivery of efficient, effective and
