This document is a recommended framework for the Tiwi Health Board to take action on the Tiwi Big Hit List. The framework describes the results to aim for, the action required and ways to measure success. It takes note of the decisions made by the Tiwi Health Board with the main actions about creating healthy households. It is designed to be implemented by Tiwi people for Tiwi people.
