Abstract
The NT Food Business Classification Framework is a tool for classifying food businesses into risk categories based on the inherent food safety risk of the food and processes. The framework has four classifications, from the highest risk category of Priority 1 (P1) through P2 and P3 to the lowest category P4. The classifications are based on the national food safety risk-profiling tool.
