This report is the conclusion of a three month consultancy to the Northern Territory Department of Health and Community Services.
The Disability Directorate of the Department held concerns for the need to improve evaluation structures and systematic, long-term planning strategies in disability services, particularly with regard to the needs of people with developmental disability.
