It gives me much pleasure to present the first Annual Report of the East Arm Hospital Management Board. After little more than a year's experience the Management Board has become more aware of its true function, it is gathering a better understanding of the administrative problems and difficulties, and I believe it is making a very definite contribution to the overall wellbeing of the Hospital.
