Abstract
This report arose as a result of the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner's invesigation into the sexual assault of a baby in the paediatric ward of the Royal Darwin Hospital. It focusses on the implementation of recommendations made by the Health and Community Services Complaints Commission (HCSCC) in November 2008.
