A dry season mosquito survey was carried out at Batchelor Township on August 19 and 20 1980 by officers of the Medical Entomology Section Darwin.
Previous surveys have been conducted at Batchelor at the beginning and end of the wet season, however this is the first dry season survey recorded in that area.
Collection methods used were standard with the inclusion of CO2 light traps.
