This implementation plan has been developed by the Project Implementation Management Team of the
THS Casemix Clinical and Resource Management Project to assist the coordination, progress reporting
and change management associated with the project. The plan will be used as the primary coordinating document for the project teams and serve as a common reference for all the participants in the projects. Project Service Agreements will be derived from this document. It will also for the basis for management reporting to the THS Casemix Clinical and Resource Management Project Steering Committee and the THS Executive.
