The strategies outlined seek to introduce reforms designed to result in more efficient service delivery
and to improve consumer outcomes. Key reforms proposed by the plan are the establishment of single
points of access in each regional centre, case coordination and management for consumers with complex
support requirements, greater intersectoral collaboration for improved planning and evaluation resulting
in enhanced service standards and client outcomes.
