This Contract Sets Out:
• Territory Health Services policy directions underpinning the agreement between purchaser and provider
• the roles and responsibilities of both parties to the agreement in order to ensure accountability for the application and use of public funds
• the agreed services to be purchased by the DSSP from the Hospital
• the agreed volume of services to be purchased by the DSSP from the hospital for the agreed prices ; and
• performance targets and quality standards to be met and reported against by the hospital
