This handbook is designed as a ready reference manual for all Darwin Hospital staff particularly newcomers to the medical and nursing staff. It contains the most commonly required information on current practices in the hospital but it is not intended to be exhaustive and does not replace the more detailed "Darwin Hospital Instructions", a copy of which is kept in every ward and department of the hospital.
