This is a model contract for the employment of store managers in remote communities. The model contract includes 34 clauses. The clauses cover areas such as - annual leave, manager's duties, termination, education and training, cross cultural awareness and suggestions re the development of a nutrition policy. Communities can readily delete clauses that are not required.
