Abstract
Food habits of Aboriginal people have changed over years. People in olden days got their food from land and sea while as time passed they were forced to change their ways and adopt the lifestyle with junk food, little exercise and resulting sickness. It is suggested that Aboriginal people need to be educated regarding how to spend enough money on the right kinds of food to keep their families strong.
