The Mental Health and Related Services Act Issues Paper will be widely circulated with the aim of encouraging organisations and individual members of the community to comment on the issues raised to date and on their preferences for the resolution of these issues. The submission process will also provide people with an opportunity to raise any additional concerns they may have about the operation of the legislation.
