Abstract
A previous employee of the Wildman River Cashew Farm claimed that he had contracted Ross River virus (RR) infection at work. An insurance claim was lodged with the employing company, Britannia. In May 1993, the Medical Entomology Branch was requested by Ian Duncan, a representative for Britannia, to determine the potential for arbovirus infection in the area.
