This book details the Stepping Up Programme. The Stepping Up programme is an opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff to develop skills and competencies that open up career pathways within the DHCS. Individual plans will be de3signed to build and enhance each recipient's competencies and skills in key areas, with a particular focus on improving practical skills fore within government.
