This is the Sixth Annual Report of the Northern Territory Maternal and Infant Mortality Committee and represents the observations of that Committee since
its inception six years ago. The Committee as well draws upon data routinely obtained by the Department of Health for some 10 years prior to the formation of the Committee. Previously published figures have been corrected or revised due to later population estimates following the 1976 census results.
