This Annual Report aims to: outline services we provide, our vision, mission, values, core business objectives and how we measure our performance; fulfil our obligation to the Parliament and Territorians to provide an account for our actions against budget; highlight the key achievements for our organisation, services and people for the previous financial year; and provide insight and information relating to the Department’s direction, strategic priorities and planning. This is the second annual report of the CCPMS. The aim of the report is to assess the extent to which activities relevant to the CCPMS are being implemented across the NT as described in the Implementation Plan. It also aims to identify key gaps where the Implementation Plan has not yet reached, with the view that by identifying these areas priorities can be shifted accordingly.
