Abstract |
Business Information Management has recently commenced marketing the Quarterly Management Report and the successful response from areas not previously involved in the report is excellent. New areas have been included in the report since the first one was published earlier this year. This report has now been expanded to include Dental Services, Self Care Centre, Women's Health, Patient Complaints and Casemix Reports.
Many of the existing areas in the Quarterly Management Report have indicated that they would like to adapt their information to better meet managers and Executive requirements. Regular consultation with each of the areas has taken place to ensure that the best possible information reporting is being provided through this report, with a particular emphasis on performance measurement.
