To guide the delivery of health care services to people living in the urban centres of the Northern Territory, the Primary Health and Coordinated Care Branch of Territory Health Services is developing a strategic plan for urban community health services. The aim is to develop a well articulated vision for the future for community health services in the urban setting which provides a framework within which THS is able to plan services for the next 5 years (to the year 2003).
