The Top End Region Maternity Services World Café 2023 (the World Café) was a two-day workshop held to inform a Midwifery Services Review being undertaken by the Northern Territory’s (NT) Office of the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer (OCNMO). The insights gathered from the World Café are integral to shaping the trajectory of Top End Region midwifery services, and aligning with broader national strategic objectives to ensure equitable, safe, woman-centred, culturally appropriate, and evidence-based care.
