Abstract
The 12‐month evaluation has been undertaken in two parts. Part 1 involved a descriptive analysis of administrative data held by the NTG. This was released publicly in December 2018. Part 2 reflects the content of this report. It has involved an independent analysis of selected stakeholder perspectives about the impact of the BDR during the first 12‐18 months of implementation. This has primarily included the views of take‐away alcohol licensees and operators, and frontline health staff, from across the NT. A total of 64 interviews, and 1 focus group, were conducted across NT, with a total of 84 participants.
