This report provides an overview and evaluation of the impact of community-based action between 1992 and 1994 to limit alcohol-related harm in the Northern Territory town of Kularmindini (Elliott). While a range of events are described, the intervention which is the main focus of this report is the restriction on the amount of alcohol which can be purchased for take-away consumption in Elliott.
