dc.description.abstractThis manual was originally compiled by Cheryl Shelley and Shirley Perret in 1974 and introduced into all N.T. hospitals. The system of colour coding and simple exchanges and instructions for catering and ward staff has proved successful especially in hospitals without continued dietetic supervision. This edition incorporates the modifications we have found necessary in practical usage and updating in line with modern therapeutic dietetics.en
