Abstract: Cockroaches and other pests infestation of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) equipment has been rarely reported in the medical literature. In this report, we describe a box (C-Box) designed to prevent pest infestation of the CPAP equipment. Over experience, using this C-Box has demonstrated that it can prevent pest infestation and reduce the cost of replacing pest-infested CPAP machines.
