dc.description.abstractDocument 1 - Meeting and Exceeding Cultural Safety in the Workplace workshops were held across the Territory that were designed to support mainstream disability service providers to become culturally safe and competent in order to meet the requirements of the NT Quality and Safeguards Framework in order to enable providers to deliver the best, person centred services to NDIS participants and to raise awareness and increase understanding of cultural safety, security and competence. Document 2 - Resource toolkit developed for the Meeting and Exceeding Cultural Safety in the Workplace workshops. The purpose of the workshops were to raise awareness and increase understanding of cultural safety, security and competence.en_US
