Authors: Warchot A
Whelan PI
Publisher: Medical Entomology, DHCS
Abstract: The objectives of the biting insect assessment of the proposed Darwin City Waterfront Redevelopment area is to outline actual and potential biting insect problems within the redevelopment area, and to provide mitigation strategies to prevent or minimise biting insect problems. As with most coastal areas in the NT, the proposed development area is potentially subject to mosquito and biting midge pest problems, and potential mosquito borne disease problems.
